Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was en suite. The staff members were all well experienced and respectful.

The sheets were clean, always a good sign. The hotel provided free parking.
The room felt outdated, dim, and evident signs of wear everywhere-mould on the walls and stains on the furniture. The bathroom water pressure left much to be desired. The breakfast selection was pretty basic and a bit lackluster for the start of the day. The noise from outside was noticeable, affecting sleep quality, especially with thin walls allowing sounds from the corridor to seep through.

The hotel was good and clean. Adequate space for a family room. Not too far from the tube station and also at a good price. The comfort was ok but for the price surely what i expected. Overall good.

We recommend the place. It's clean, pleasant hotel and the staff is welcoming. The rooms are spotless in their bathroom and our experience is fine. An electric kettle and a fridge are a nice touch. It provides clean restaurant nearby. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Harlesden metro station.

Convenient Base for Events
The staff were helpful when we needed assistance. If you plan on breakfast, consider exploring nearby cafes for better options. The place could use a refresh, but it served its purpose well enough.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The first night was ok.
The second night, when I went back to the hotel, they told me that they moved all my luggage out of the room to an other room without announcing me anything at all!!!!!! They told me that they moved my stuffs out for an other customer to move into the room I stayed!! We were really angry with what they did to us, we left the hotel immediately even it was almost 12 clock at night! Very bad experience in this hotel. Very bad service. We were totally unhappy with them sorry.

Our room was in the basement with no windows, so was very stuffy. Was very basic but clean, good location for Wembley on local bus
